What is the meaning / definition of Hotel Capacity in the hospitality industry?
Capacity is the set number of rooms in a single hotel: i.e. the maximum capacity.
Typically answers the question: how many guests can your hotel have? Or which is the total number of rooms for your hotel.
Hotel capacity can vary a lot. From very few rooms up to 1000s. Here some of the biggest hotels in the world:
